My name is [Your Name], and as the owner of Isha Recovery and Sculpt, my mission is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard—whether you’re recovering from surgery or embracing your body’s beautiful journey. With 17 years of medical experience, including hands-on time in the operating room, I understand exactly what goes down in cosmetic surgery, and I’m here to help guide you through every step of the recovery and healing process.

As a multiple sclerosis warrior and someone with ADHD, I also get how overwhelming life can feel at times. I know what it's like to face challenges head-on, and it’s this personal understanding that drives my passion for teaching others about their bodies, encouraging healing, and empowering each individual to grow and glow in their own skin.

Since starting this business in 2017, I’ve been honored to win the Esthetician of the Year Award in 2019 and travel across the U.S. and to Mexico to train in advanced techniques like SculptICE. I'm also proud to serve as the Utah Director for CSL Therapy Group, where I continue to deepen my knowledge to better serve you.
